Terms of Service

TruckLogic is a free software service run by an individual based in Ukraine; TruckLogic is the project name, not a registered legal entity. The service is intended primarily for professional users and companies from Ukraine working with freight transportation in the United States. Users in other countries may also use it. The geography of transportation does not determine users’ location or the law applicable to personal information processing.

These terms govern use of the TruckLogic website and its account and company workspace tools. Read them before creating an account or using protected features. If you act for a company, you must have authority to use the service and manage the information or access involved.

TruckLogic provides software tools for company and driver records, maps and ZIP search, and preparing messages through templates and smart copy. Available tools depend on your role, permissions and the service features enabled for the company. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and should be read alongside these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or continue using the service. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

Provide accurate account information and keep your email and other relevant details current. Use a strong password, protect access to your sign-in method and report suspected misuse to support promptly. You are responsible for use you authorize and for taking reasonable steps to protect your account.

Company owners and authorized administrators manage invitations, memberships, roles and permissions. Accept invitations only to workspaces you are authorized to join. Administrators should grant only the access needed for a person's duties and remove it when those duties end.

Do not impersonate another person, share access to bypass restrictions or use a former employer's workspace after your authorization ends. A company may change a member's access independently of the member's personal account.

The service described in these terms is provided free of charge. Creating an account and using its available features incur no service fee. These terms do not provide for paid subscriptions, charges, subscription renewals or payment obligations.

Use the features actually available in your workspace. These can include managing company members and driver records, viewing maps, searching by ZIP and radius, and using templates or smart copy. Examples, previews and features described as planned or in development are not a promise of current availability or a release date.

TruckLogic does not, merely by providing these tools, become a carrier, broker, employer or party to agreements you make with other people.

Use TruckLogic lawfully and only for activities and information you are authorized to manage. In particular:

• Keep company and driver details accurate and correct records when circumstances change.
• Have a lawful basis for entering another person's contact, location or work information, and provide any required notice.
• Respect company boundaries, confidentiality and other people's privacy.
• Do not bypass permissions, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, overload the service or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use messages, invitations or contact details for fraud, harassment, unlawful advertising or unsolicited bulk communication.

Check the recipient and content before sharing or sending information prepared with templates or smart copy. Copying a message does not confirm that it is accurate, authorized or delivered.

You retain the rights you hold in information, templates and other content you provide. You authorize processing of that content as needed to store it, display it to authorized users and operate the features you choose, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. This does not transfer ownership of your business records to TruckLogic.

The software, interface, brand and service materials are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may use them through the service for its intended purpose. Do not redistribute the software, remove ownership notices or reproduce protected materials without permission, except where applicable law allows it. Rights to third-party maps and other materials remain with their owners.

TruckLogic uses connected services, including Mapbox for maps and Google for optional account sign-in. External websites and providers may have their own terms and privacy notices. Their availability and changes can affect features that depend on them.

ZIP matches, map markers, radius results and location information are working references. They may be incomplete, approximate or outdated, including when a company user has entered the underlying data. Verify locations and operational details before making a transport decision. These tools are not a guarantee of live vehicle position, road suitability, travel time, load availability or legal compliance for a particular trip.

We aim to make TruckLogic usable and dependable, but maintenance, errors and interruptions can occur. No uninterrupted availability, particular commercial result or accuracy of all user-entered and third-party information is promised by these terms.

You remain responsible for professional and operational decisions, checking information and meeting requirements that apply to your business. Keep independent copies of records you need for business continuity where appropriate.

Responsibility for a loss depends on its cause, each party's conduct and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory consumer protections or remedies available under applicable law. Report problems with enough detail for support to investigate.

You may stop using TruckLogic and contact support about closing an account or handling its data. Leaving a company or losing workspace access does not automatically delete company records or records needed for lawful purposes. Personal information requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Access may be restricted when necessary to address unauthorized activity, a security risk, a material breach of these terms or a legal requirement. Where practicable and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and how the issue can be addressed; urgent security action may need to come first. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.

Features and these terms may change as TruckLogic develops. The date above identifies this version. Where a change materially affects existing rights, the applicable notice and acceptance requirements must be observed.

Additional features may carry specific conditions presented before use. A description of a future feature does not obligate you to use it or create an automatic payment obligation. If you disagree with updated terms, you may stop using the affected service and contact support about your account and any rights under the conditions that apply to it.

Applicable mandatory law governs rights and obligations that cannot be changed by agreement. These terms do not designate an exclusive country's law or court and do not prevent you from using a court, authority or complaint procedure available under applicable law.

Contact support@truck-logic.net to explain a service-related dispute so we can attempt to resolve it. This does not remove your right to use other available remedies. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
