Drivers and vehicle owners
What is a vehicle owner, and how do I add one?
A vehicle owner is a business contact linked to drivers. This is not the owner of the TruckLogic company account.
What to do
- Open Drivers → Owners and select Add owner.
- Fill in the owner’s number, name and phone, then save.
- Open the relevant driver’s editor, select this owner and save the driver.
Deleting an owner keeps the drivers and removes their owner link. Review the number of affected drivers in the confirmation. Use the Without owner filter to find records that need reassignment.
