How do I cancel an invitation or remove a member?
A pending invitation and an accepted membership are managed on different tabs.
What to do
- For a pending invitation, open Users → Invitations, find the person and select the trash action.
- For an existing member, open Users and select the trash action beside that person.
- Check the name and email in the confirmation dialog before confirming.
Removing a member removes their access to this company; it does not delete their TruckLogic account. Invitation and member actions require the corresponding permissions.
